Our Story

Shortly after she graduated from college, Christle was working at the Lancaster County Farmers Market in Wayne, Pa, at the S. Clyde Weavers stand. Nicholas had been sent to work at this market a few times as well and had met Christle in the past, but never really thought anything of it.

In the fall of 2016, during one of their shifts together, Nick and Christle were reintroduced to each other (for the third time) by one of their coworkers, Brian Strawbridge, who clearly saw something kindred in the two of them. At the end of the work day, Daniel Sweger, their manager, assigned Nicholas to help Christle finish up the dishes from that shift. And as they say, third time's the charm.

Nicholas and Christle talked about his love of coding and her love of work, as well as their shared love of Chinese food! Nicholas asked for Christle’s phone number, they went bowling on the first date and the rest is history.

Nick and Christle have been together for over three years now and are very excited to start their lives together. Currently, Nick is a software developer for RagnaSoft/PlanItSchedule in Lancaster, PA. He enjoys video games, coding, fixing electronics, hanging out with friends, disc golf and TaeKwon-Do.

Christle is the Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator for Mennonite Disaster Service. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, her job, Yoga, food, shopping, and coffee.
